Cookies Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies under the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the Hellenic DPA Cookie Consent Guidelines. Last updated: 14 May 2026.
1. Short version
This website uses essential storage only. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. The notice you see on first visit acknowledges this; it does not collect consent for non-essential cookies because we use none.
2. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device by a website you visit. Similar technologies
include localStorage and sessionStorage entries created by the browser. The
legal regime under the ePrivacy Directive treats these the same as cookies.
3. What we actually use on this site
We use exactly one item of browser storage, and it is essential:

This is "strictly necessary" under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the Hellenic DPA guidelines, and does not require prior consent. It contains no personal data and is not shared with any third party.
4. What we do not use
- No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no other analytics tool.
- No advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or marketing trackers.
- No social-network share or like trackers.
- No third-party fonts that set cookies. (Fonts are loaded from public CDN endpoints in stateless mode.)
- No fingerprinting techniques.
5. Third-party content on subdomains
Some of our subdomains and linked products (for example the client portal at intellinet.freshdesk.com, the operations dashboard at v2.intellinet.gr, the AI connector at mcp.intellinet.gr, and atroton.com) are separate properties and may use cookies under their own policies. If you visit them, please review their own cookie / privacy notices.
6. Server access logs
Independently of cookies, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, request URL, status code, user-agent, timestamp) for up to 90 days. These are used for security and abuse prevention. Their handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. How to clear stored data
You can clear cookies and site storage at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will simply cause the cookie notice to appear again on your next visit. Nothing else on this site relies on browser storage.
8. Changes
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this policy and provide a consent banner with granular controls before any such cookie is set.
