A Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscription with Exchange Online. We'll work with your admin — or act as your admin if we manage your tenant — to register the required Microsoft Entra ID application with the right permissions.

Connector infrastructure is hosted in the EU, and your Microsoft 365 data is accessed from EU-based servers under GDPR. AI reasoning runs on Anthropic's infrastructure under your own Claude subscription — see anthropic.com/legal for their data-handling terms.

No content storage
The connector acts as a secure pass-through. We do not store your emails, files, or calendar content — your data remains in Microsoft's cloud. Only minimal session metadata is logged for troubleshooting.
